Korça has once again ignited the heart of Albanian summer with the second night of the Beer Festival, one of the largest tourist and cultural events in the country. The evening brought an electrifying atmosphere, where locals and tourists came together to enjoy not only fresh beer, but also traditional dishes and live music from renowned artists.
The city was filled with visitors since the afternoon, who gathered in the party square near the Terminal, where the aroma of local cuisine mingled with the sounds of musical rehearsals. The big stage lit up with energetic performances by Soni Malaj, Gena, the Magic Four group and DJ Niko Dj from Korçë, turning the August night into a marathon of songs and dances.

The atmosphere was a mixture of joy, camaraderie, and love for Korça. From the United States of America, a Korça resident returning after many years shared her emotions.
"I'm from Korça and I live in the USA. This is my first time here. The atmosphere is very festive and I really like it. I came with my sisters and other family members and we are having a great time. The concert has started, it's full here and people are happy and cheerful."
From Durrës, a group of visitors described the celebration as an experience they repeat every year.
"We come from Durrës. We are coming for the third time to the Beer Festival. It is very beautiful, everyone is gathered, it couldn't be more beautiful. With fresh, abundant food, good prices and we are waiting for the singers to sing. We will leave on Saturday, we are here for a few days."
A Romanian couple, who have not missed a single edition for three years, said that this is the best party in the Balkans. This event, according to Gabriel, has not been seen in other Balkan countries either. The beers, the food, the atmosphere and the singers make their stay at the party very enjoyable.
"I'm Gabriel, I came with my wife, we're from Romania. I've been coming every year for three years and this is the best festival in the Balkans. I was in Greece, Montenegro, Macedonia, and I haven't seen other festivals in these countries. I like all the beers, the food is the best. I also tried Boboshtica, they cook slowly and make it very tasty. I'll stay until the end of the festival. The singers are very good, from here we'll leave for Saranda."

Even visitors from faraway America, who have visited Korça since childhood, express enthusiasm for their first experience at this celebration.
"I'm from America, I've been in Korça since I was 5 months old, and I come here almost every year. It's my first time coming to the Beer Festival. I've tried the kërnace, hot dogs, and I've had 4 beers. So far we're having a great time."
Amid raised glasses, the taste of fresh beer, the aroma of traditional dishes and the sounds that last until the late hours, the Beer Festival continues to attract visitors from all over Albania and abroad. Night after night, Korça is proving that it knows how to welcome, entertain and create unforgettable memories for anyone who becomes a part of it./CNA
