"Further evidence revealed shows that Monika Kryemadhi, the wife of the former Albanian president who governed in coalition with the PD, Ilir Meta, received a series of payments in 2017 from companies controlled by Russian businessmen with close ties to the Kremlin through a series of opaque offshore companies", so writes an article published in "Eureporter".

Sipas asaj që shkruhet në këtë artikull, Monika Kryemadhi bëri një pagesë për një kompani offshore, Vradus Holdings, e cila u zbulua se kontrollohej përfundimisht nga Vitaly Savvin, një tregtar rus nafte, kompania ruse e naftës e të cilit u zbulua nga Forbes se kishte qenë një nga donatorët më të mëdhenj të Putinit.

“Kryemadhi bëri një pagesë për një kompani offshore, Vradus Holdings, e cila u zbulua se kontrollohej përfundimisht nga Vitaly Savvin, një tregtar rus nafte, kompania ruse e naftës e të cilit u zbulua gjithashtu nga Forbes se kishte qenë një nga donatorët më të mëdhenj të Putinit, partia politike në pushtet, Rusia e Bashkuar.

Më tej thuhet se është e paqartë pse Kryemadhi i ka marrë këto pagesa nga këta biznesmenë rusë. Siç përshkruhet në dokumente, referencat e pagesës përfshijnë 'dividend për aksionarët' dhe 'shërbimet e marketingut'.
