Prime Minister Edi Rama is holding a meeting with representatives of the companies for the construction of Porto Romano.

During his speech, Rama said that the bill that Albania will pay for this project is not cheap at all.

Among other things, he emphasized that this project will change the country's economy.

" For us as a country, everything is a process stretched over time. We come from a past that has not been kind to us and three decades of our journey to try to build a modern Albania and an open and competitive economy for everyone.

Nuk po punojnë falas ashtu sikundër e dini që holandezët janë sa të zotë aq edhe të shtrenjtë dhe nuk ka të dytë për afësinë e tyre për të qenë fitues, por në fund të ditës e meritojnë atë që marrin. Nuk po i paguamë dhe aq lirë. Kompania është një nga arsyet që ju keni ardhur këtu me besim.

Dua t’iu siguroj që në jemi shumë të nderuar që jeni këtu. Unë e kam këtu listën që ka një shtrirje gjeografike shumë mbresëlënëse.

A project like this is handled with optimism and satisfaction. Although in the end a company will win, this will happen as a result of the process which will make you return to Albania with more safety and respect. We are determined to make Albania a good place for our children.
