Merger of the Courts of Appeal/ Chair of the KLJJ: There will be no access

According to the president of the High Judicial Council, Naureda Llagami, citizens will not have access restrictions to the Court of Appeal of General Jurisdiction. Llagami declared to the media that the new judicial map will no longer have failed sessions, and he further added that the only "obstacle" for the citizen is that there will be no accessible judge.

The Chairperson of the KLJ said that the drafting was not easy and took three years, with the aim of increasing quality.

"KLGJ pavarësisht masave që mori me rritjen e kuotave për magjistratët e rinj, u pa e udhës që përveç këtyre masave duhej te merreshin masa edhe strukturore, pra harta e re gjyqësore. Ishte një tendencë që sot po shkojnë gjithë vendet e zhvilluara, rritjen e shërbimit të cilësisë që japin këto gjykata. Synojmë që të kemi gjykata më të mëdha, të profilizuara me gjyqatarë të mirë që do ndikojë tek cilësia e vendimmarrjes që do ketë impakt tek publiku.
