The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, submitted this Thursday to the Prime Minister the final draft of the criminal amnesty.
Through an announcement to the media, the minister announces in the final draft that the recommendations requested by SPAK, KLJ and the General Prosecutor's Office have been reflected.
In this version, the decisions until November 30, 2023, i.e. today, are affected. Thus, the number of beneficiaries increases to about 620 convicts.
"We have reflected the recommendations requested by SPAK, KLJJ and the General Prosecutor's Office, making it a more complete amnesty, from which 620 convicts will benefit", the minister emphasizes./ CNA
