Analyst Andi Bushati, while commenting on the case of Fredi Beleri and the work of SPAK, implying that the Special Prosecutor's Office works with orders.

Invited to the show "Te Paespozuarit" with Ylli Rakip, the analyst said that SPAK has not yet given any answer regarding the Dibra file, in which there is state manipulation of the elections.

According to Andi Bushati, he received the file in which the Minister of Justice Ulsi Manja, Saimir Tahiri and three-quarters of the government appear and sent it to Peshkopi.

The analyst says that they would have investigated, but they can't do that either.

"Now, this SPAK was made to open a new period. What does SPAK do? A suspect file, like the Dibra file where we have state manipulation for the elections, is transferred to Peshkopi and deals with Beler's thefts. If there is one fundamental thing in this society, SPAK has so far not given an answer to this fundamental point of Albanian democracy.

When he receives an order for Beler he does it. What about when you open the file, where Manja, Tahiri, three quarters of the government come out.,... At least they should have done it and investigated it, but no, they don't. It is not the quantity of hitting the untouchables, but the quality of the judgment and that is where they are stuck.

I didn't just come as an observer. I have seen these basins when the data of 900,000 Albanians came out and they asked me and Shkullak, but it took seven to ask those of the party.
