Lawyer Sokol Hazizaj called the decision of the general director of the state police that suspended the deputy commissioner of Elbasan, Anisa Kostani, for a post on social networks, a hasty decision.

In an interview for "Euronews Albania", Hazizaj said that her behavior has to do with a personal perspective on the activity for which she is paid, which has no consequences.

“'Facebook' ka normat e veta të edukimit për njerëzit që përdorin rrjetet sociale. Nëse një punonjës shteti shkel rregullat e karakterit etik dhe ligjor në orar të punës është tjetër gjë. Sa kohë rrjeti social në të cilin është abonuar ajo dhe të tjerë… edhe njerëz të medias përdorin median për të sulmuar. Nuk di të thotë se ke sjellë një pasojë të karakterit social, gjymtimi apo vrasjes. Në opinionin tim, mendoj se drejtoria e policisë është nxituar në pezullimin nga puna”, tha avokati.

Drejtori i Policisë, Geldis Nano, pezulloi nga detyra policen Anisa Kostani.

Policia njofton se Kostani nëpërmjet një postimi në rrjetet sociale ka fyer gazetarët, me pretendimin se gazetarët po përbaltin punën e Drejtorisë Vendore të Policisë Elbasan.
