The police have arrested E. Rr., 38 years old, because in cooperation with the citizen BB, 35 years old, they fraudulently acquired vehicles of different citizens, and then sold these vehicles through forged notarial contracts.

BB, 35 years old, is wanted by the police. 

"They appropriated vehicles of different citizens, deceiving them, and then sold these vehicles through false notarial contracts, the 38-year-old man was arrested and his accomplice was wanted.

Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Krimeve Ekonomike dhe Financiare të DVP Tiranë, si rezultat i provave të siguruara nga një hetim disamujor, i ndjekur me metoda proaktive, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë, organizuan dhe finalizuan operacionin policor të koduar "Mekanizmi".

Si rezultat i këtij operacioni, u bë ekzekutimi i masës së sigurisë "Arrest në burg", caktuar nga Gjykata e Rrethit Gjyqësor Tiranë, për shtetasin:

- E. Rr., 38 vjeç, banues në Fier, për veprat penale "Mashtrimi" dhe "Falsifikimi i dokumenteve".

Gjithashtu, në vijim të veprimeve procedurale për këtë rast, u shpall në kërkim bashkëpunëtori i 38-vjeçarit, shtetasi B. B., 35 vjeç.

These citizens, in cooperation with each other, fraudulently appropriated vehicles belonging to different citizens, and then sold these vehicles through forged notarial contracts.

As material evidence, a fraudulently acquired vehicle was seized.

The work continues for the capture of the BB citizen, as well as for the identification and capture of other citizens implicated in this criminal activity.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action, " the police announcement reads./ CNA.al
