This Tuesday, the second court session will take place against Aldor Nini of "Acromax", the man who is accused by the Prosecutor's Office of stalking his ex-fiancée.

Sources inform CNA that the session will take place at 14:00, in the Court of Tirana, while the defendants are Aldor Nini, CEO of the company "Acromax" and Xhulia Dauti, who was his employee.

The defendant Aldor Nini is charged with the criminal offense of "stalking" provided by Article 121/A/2 of the Criminal Code, while the defendant Xhulia Dauti is charged with "unfair interference in private life", provided by Article 121/A/2 of the Criminal Code.

Aldor Nini was arrested by the police on July 5, 2023, after being denounced by the SB citizen for stalking, but then he was released by the court on bail. ( Read here )

From the data of the investigative file, it appears that Aldor Nini stalked his ex-fiancée with the initials SB and published derogatory material about the latter on social networks.

In the file it is said that the citizen Aldor Nini did this in cooperation with the citizen Xhulia Dauti, who was an employee of the company "Acromax" and Xhulia's fiance, the citizen AS ( Read here )

According to the answers returned by "Meta Platform", it turns out that the materials were sent by a certain number, which is registered in the name of the company "Acromax" sh.pk, with administrator Aldor Ninin.

Also, in the investigation file, it is emphasized that the videos and stalking materials were published in the premises near the offices of "Acromax", or in the address of the Internet service, in the house of the citizen Xhulia Dauti.  ( Read here )
