PE miraton projekt-rezolutën për Shqipërinë/ “Opozita të përfshihet në Reformën Zgjedhore”

Parlamenti Europian ka miratuar projekt-rezolutën për Shqipërinë.

Në këtë projekt-rezolutë evdientohen: Përfshirja e opozitës në Reformën Zgjedhore , funksioni jetik i konrtollit dhe balancimit të Parlamentit, duke theksuar nevojën për komisione hetimore, evidentohet se Ligji i ri për komisionet hetimore parlamentare u miratua pa konsensus, si dhe kërkon përdorimin e mjeteve të ndryshme të mbikëqyrjes duke përfshirë komisionet hetimore për të forcuar llogaridhënien dhe qeverisjen demokratike në Shqipëri.

“-Bëhet thirrje për përfshirje të fortë të Parlamentit për të nxitur angazhimin e opozitës.

-Theksohet funksioni jetik i kontrollit dhe balancimit të Parlamentit, duke theksuar nevojën për komisione hetimore.

-Evidentohet se Ligji i ri për komisionet hetimore parlamentare u miratua pa konsensus.

-Kërkon përdorimin e mjeteve të ndryshme të mbikëqyrjes duke përfshirë komisionet hetimore, për të forcuar llogaridhënien dhe qeverisjen demokratike në Shqipëri”, janë disa nga pikat e evidentuara në projekt-rezolutë./ CNA
