Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has sent a message to all Christian believers for the Easter holiday.

Kurti writes that Easter is more than a celebration, it is an invitation for reflection, rebirth and hope. This day brings light, love and renewal to the mind and soul.

"Happy Easter to all Christian believers!

This year, Catholic, Orthodox, and Protestant believers around the world celebrate Easter together on the same date, along with Albanian believers wherever they live.

Easter Sunday is the greatest day celebrated in every believer's home, on every church altar for 2025 years, every year. It is more than a celebration, it is an invitation for reflection, rebirth and hope. This day brings light, love and renewal to our minds and souls. 

Let us love each other and our homeland endlessly. Let us have hope as great as our desires. Let us protect the light as we protect ourselves. Let us fulfill the test of being people of faith and the virtue of goodness.

May this Easter holiday be auspicious for everyone, for the families of believers, for the Albanians who lit the lights of faith in church last night, and today celebrate in their families.

May He make us strong with patience for hardships, for the battle with injustice, for various difficulties, so that we may always help one another with full love.
