Park i Butrint / Denunciation: The employees will be fired, the call to Gonxhen

The deputy of the Democratic Party has denounced that the Albanian-American Foundation for Development is expected to take over Butrint Park on February 14.

Zhupa has stated in a statement to the media that AADF wants to lay off employees to bring in its own staff.

After this denunciation, Zhupa appealed to the Minister of Economy, Culture and Innovation, Blendi Gonxhja, not to sign the surrender of Butrint and not to become part of a criminal scheme.

"Don't be part of a criminal scheme. Do not sign the handover of Butrint on February 14 while it is being reviewed by the Constitutional Court.

Do not sign it as UNESCO is against it and it is against the Paris Convention.

There is a risk of removing it from the UNESCO protection list," said Zhupa. / CNA
