After the arrest of the doctor Fitim Marku, the Association of Anesthetists and Reanimators of Albania reacted.

In its reaction, the association emphasizes that anyone who violates the law will have to be punished, but that the images of that operation were not fair at all.

“Shoqata e Anestezistëve dhe Reanimatorëve të Shqipërisë po ndjek me shumë vëmendje rastin e ndalimit të kolegut tonë anestezist në Spitalin e Traumës, Fitim Marku. Ndërkohë që mbështesim cdo veprim të organeve ligjzbatuese për hetimin dhe ndëshkimin e cdo shkeljeje të kryer nga kushdo gjatë ushtrimit te detyrës, shprehim shqetësimin tonë për mënyrën denigruese të ndalimit të mjekut. Të mos harrojmë as vijën shumë të hollë që ndan simulimin gjatë hetimit dhe provokimin, gjë që ata që organizojnë operacione të tilla e dinë shumë mirë.
