The mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, has denounced the media that impose fines, speaking with names and surnames.

In the LOG show on ABC news, Veliaj was harsh and direct, while he issued strong accusations against JOQ, one of the social media portals.

Parents were not specific in naming names.

According to him, Erland Dalliu and Gent Çekrezi of JOQ, impose fines with apartments and cash.
