?Kam deklaruar se ish-drejtori i Përgjithshëm i Policisë së Shtetit Gledis Nano, është në fushë të minuar, për shkak të keqmenaxhimit nga drejtuesit e mëparshëm të policisë. Këto u bënë realitet, një drejtor policie që varet politikisht normalisht do të dështojnë. Ai nuk ka fuqinë e vendimmarrjes, kjo i diktohet nga politika dhe nuk mund të ketë sukses?, u shpreh Premçi.

Ai nënvizoi se mos-suksesi i Gledis Nanos është arsyetimi më i plotë i kapjes së policisë dhe keqpërdorimit nga politika.
