"Prosecutors and judges have been threatened by the media"/ Lala: This is madness

Journalist Klodiana Lala, invited to MCN TV, spoke about the attacks on prosecutors and judges made by the arrested mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj.

Lala states that if it is proven that Veliaj orders the production of fake news or attacks on prosecutors and judges, it is a criminal offense and punishable.

Klodiana Lala also said that some media outlets have attacked prosecutors, but also journalists, which according to her is madness.

"If it is proven that Erion Veliaj ordered fake news or attacks on prosecutors, it is a criminal offense and will be punished. New information may emerge. We, as well as citizens, have concluded that he has implicated entire media outlets that have used threatening language towards prosecutors, judges, but also towards journalists who do their job. Taking and extracting photos of the children of prosecutors and judges and publishing them seems crazy to me," said Lala.
