Fatbardh Lici's murder/ Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali appeal

Those involved in the Fatbardh Lici murder case, specifically Safet Bajri, Behar Bajri and Astmer Bilali, have today filed an appeal against the arrest measure at the Appeals Court of the Kosovo Criminal Court.

It is learned that the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has registered the appeal of Safet Bajri (Rustem), overturning the security measure issued by the first instance on March 17 of this year. Bajri is requesting his release after being arrested on a warrant by SPAK.

Behar Bajri and the third person in the case, Astmer Bilali, have also filed a complaint. They are accused of collaborating and participating in the shooting attack that killed Fatbardh Lici in Shkodra on August 10, 2018.

According to the drawn lot, the panel of judges consists of Judge Tereza Merkaj, who will rule on the request of the defense lawyers of the three defendants.
