In implementation of the security measure/ Berisha appears before SPAK

The leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, appeared today at the Special Prosecutor's Office. His appearance at SPAK comes under the "compulsory appearance" security measure. 

According to the decision, Berisha must appear in court on the first and third Monday of each month. We recall that the leader of the Democratic Party is under indictment for corruption in the "Partizani" file.

The official charge that was communicated to Berisha was "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", committed in collaboration. According to SPAK, Berisha, in his capacity as Prime Minister, favored the privatization procedures of the former "Partizani" complex and the direct beneficiary was Malltezi. /CNA
