Në “sitë” për pasurinë dhe figurën/ KPK konfirmon në detyrë Bezart Kaçkinin

Komisioni i Pavarur i Kualifikimit ka konfirmuar në detyrë gjyqtarin e Gjykatës Administrative të Shkallës së Parë Tiranë, Bezart Kaçkini.

Kaçkinë ka mundur të justifikojë burimet e një huaje të marrë për pagesën e çmimit të apartamentit që zotëron.

Gjyqtari ka marrë vlerësim për pastërtinë e figurës pasi sqaroi dhe gjetjet që ishin bërë në aspektin profesional.

Bezart Kaçkini përfundoi studimet në Shkollën e Magjistraturës në vitin 2006 dhe pas një periudhe stazhi në Gjykatën e Durrësit, u emërua gjyqtar në Gjykatën e Tropojës. Në vitet 2010-2013, Kaçkini e ushtroi profesionin në Gjykatën e Shkodrës dhe prej vitit 2013 punon si gjyqtar pranë Gjykatës Administrative të Shkallës së Parë Tiranë./ CNA
