"Billions of euros of cocaine were laundered in construction in

Journalist Basir Çollaku, invited to the show "Tast Force" on Syri TV, said that Albanian cartels are linked to Serbian ones that operate in South America.

Çollaku stated that criminal groups in both countries have connections to leaders Rama and Vu?i?.

Further, the journalist stated that the State Department has given directives to SPAK to launch a crackdown on cocaine money laundering through construction.

" Albanian cartels linked to Serbian cartels in South America. They are joint groups that have organic ties to Vu?i? and Rama. Illegality and organized crime are so intertwined, and Rama is a member of this board and will be investigated as one of the defendants."
