Journalist Klodiana Lala has stated that the State Police has turned into Ilir Proda's private police force.

Invited to Çim Peka's show, the journalist recounted an incident where she raised suspicions that the aggressors who attacked a 27-year-old man were protected by the police.

The journalist added that journalists have been asked not to report on this event. 

"It's about a 27-year-old man, named Eduart Koboci, who lives abroad, I learn from his story, who one evening after dropping off an acquaintance of his in the Yzberisht area, returns with the intention of heading towards the Laçi Church.

I stopped, he said, for a moment near the American 3 hospital, because I was exchanging some messages and I didn't want to exchange messages in the vehicle, for fear of an accident. My car has dark windows and it's impossible to tell who's inside, and suddenly 4 people came and tried to open the doors.

The doors, he said, did not open and they attempted to hit both sides of the vehicle.

At that moment, he confesses, out of fear, I accelerated and tried to drive away.

At that moment, they shot him in the direction of the vehicle at least 9 times, according to him they shot him with a gun, and these are facts that the prosecution and the police must verify.

He claims that he was wanted because as he was driving away in his vehicle, the other vehicle in which the aggressors were traveling hit him from behind and this vehicle crashed into a vehicle in front.

The car, he said, wouldn't start and I got out of the vehicle and ran away.

"I am wanted," he said, "and absolutely if he has committed a criminal offense, this character, I don't know what he represents in his life, the prosecution should definitely investigate him for leaving the scene of the accident."

Meanwhile, the aggressors who attacked him have not been declared wanted by the police so far and are being protected by the police.

When research was done on who the people this person was accusing were, they actually turned out to be people who should be investigated, with very strong connections in the police.

Arnold Cara is the first cousin of businessman Ylli Cara, former partner of the Director General of the State Police, Mr. Ilir Proda.

Ylli Cara is also mentioned in Ilir Prode's vetting file because they had business relations and because an apartment owned by Ylli Cara was later transferred to Ilir Prode.

It turns out that because of this connection, I have complete doubts about why they have not been investigated and declared wanted.

What happened next, this file was not submitted to the prosecutor's office.
