Former deputy Myslim Murrizi has commented on Ervin Salianji's sentence, calling it absurd for the fact that he was imprisoned for reporting a drug trafficker.

But on the other hand, Murrizi clarified in a television appearance that this decision was not unexpected for the opposition.

Murrizi said that apart from these developments there is another more serious scandal, which is that of Klotilda Bushka and her husband who benefited from public money.

The ex-MP has called on Gazment Bardhi to stop crying for Salianji and send a letter to the Assembly about Klotilda Bushka.

"Urgent request to remove Klotilda Bushka's mandate because her husband has received money from Albanians in two mandates. I appeal to Gaz Bardhi not to cry for Ervin; take the papers. There is no selective opposition, it must be principled and reliable for everyone. Bushka's case is more serious than Olta Xhaçka's, there are over 6 million euros in this case," said Murrizi./ CNA
