Ai  pritet të takohet me viktimat e regjimit në Teheran dhe do të mbajë një fjalim politik për ata që kërkojnë një Iran demokratik dhe laik. Ish-Zv. Presidenti tashmë ndodhet në Manëz të Durrësit ku ndodhet kampi ASHRAF 3 i iranianëve.

Politikani amerikan, po viziton selinë e Këshillit Kombëtar të Rezistencës së Iranit, një grup ombrellë për grupet disidente që kundërshtojnë regjimin dhe që gjeti mbështetje nga një numër zyrtarësh të epokës Trump, duke përfshirë ish-Sekretarin e Shtetit, Mike Pompeo.

Kjo vizitë vjen fill pas pranisë së ish-sekretarit amerikan të shtetit, Mike Pompeo, në selinë e lëvizjes më të madhe opozitare iraniane, i cili shënoi një moment të rëndësishëm në politikën SHBA-Iran./CNA.al
