The head of PL, Ilir Meta, in a statement to the media, said that when he runs for deputy, he will break the record.

"Whoever puts it into question that I will be a candidate for deputy in the capital, makes a big mistake, and I believe that I will break the quotient several times", said Meta.

As for the Electoral Reform, Meta said that it does not exist as there is no addressing of the recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHR.  

"There is no type of electoral reform. There is no addressing of the serious recommendations of OSCE-ODHIR for the last elections, on the contrary", said Meta./ CNA
