The Minister of Justice, Ulsi Manja, has announced through a post on social networks that during the period January-August 2024, controls in notary offices have been intensified, carrying out 42 inspections and taking measures against 22 problematic notaries.
According to Manja, 11 licenses were revoked, 4 notaries were suspended and 7 administrative measures were imposed.
"During the period January-August 2024, the Ministry of Justice has intensified controls in notary offices, carrying out 42 inspections and taking measures against 22 problematic notaries! We are committed to protecting citizens and providing honest and legal services!" , says Manja./CNA
