The head of the parliamentary group of the SP, Niko Peleshi, after the meeting of the group, in a statement to the media, spoke about the decision of the Assembly not to send the mandate of the deputy Olta Xhaçka to the Constitutional Court.

Peleshi stated that there was no objection to the implementation of the decision of the Constitutional Court, but there is uncertainty that this motion cannot progress due to the vote.

According to Peles, all parties have their right, but which right prevails is unclear.

"You say it with a harsh language. It is not a question of an objection, we implemented the decision regarding the introduction in the first plenary session. It went to the legislation council and the decision of the Constitutional Court to deal with it in the session was implemented. This motion cannot advance because of the vote, which is the expression of uncertainty.

There is an ambiguity, all parties have their right but which right prevails is the ambiguity.

I appreciate it as a wise decision to take it to the Venice Commission. It will not be valid for a specific name but for any such decision", said Peleshi./ CNA
