The vice president of the Municipal Council Dorian Teliti says that the financial deviation with PPP does not stop even with the draft budget of 2024.

Teliti declares that over the course of three years, a total of 407 million euros will be taken from the pockets of citizens and businesses to finance the unbreakable handful of concession contracts.

The vice-president of the Municipal Council informs that Tirana's burner will swallow 36 million euros for the next three years.

" The financial manipulation with PPP does not stop even with the 2024 draft budget.

It doesn't matter to the government of my country if big and small know that these are clientelistic and corrupt contracts, their funding not only does not stop, but even increases for the next years.

During the three years 2024-2026, there will be a full 407 million euros that will be taken from the pockets of every citizen and the account of every business to pay the "unbreakable fist" of concession contracts.

How could the incinerator of the capital with owners in search be missing from this list, the incinerator that burns nothing but taxpayers' money.
