The Constitutional Court decides on the government's request to suspend

The Constitutional Court Panel will meet to decide whether the government's request to review the suspension from office of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Belinda Balluku, will be accepted for review.

The trio of judges will assess whether the request meets the procedural and constitutional criteria to be handled by the judicial body.

Balluku has been suspended by the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime (GJKKO), while the government has appealed the decision to the Constitutional Court, arguing that the suspension constitutes interference in the executive branch./ CNA
