"Homeland Justice" hackers have today published e-mails of the former head of the State Police, Gladis Nano.

One of the e-mails extracted by the hackers is related to the former Director of Organized Crime in the Central Directorate of SHISH, Frederik Ymeri.

In one of the letters it is stated that the latter may have created or maintained contacts with employees of any service or police of any other country to whom he provides information of the nature of organized crime against payment.

Po ashtu janë zbardhur disa nga mesazhet që Frederik Ymeri u ka dërguar vartësit të tij nga Vlora, të qujtur Luftar, ku i kërkon infomacione mbi politikanbin Koço Kokëdhima, kush e financon partrinë e tij, dhe çfarë marrëdhëniesh ka me PD dhe LSI.

“Dyshohet se informacionet që subjekti jep, kryesisht bëjnë fjalë lidhur me shtetas shqiptarë apo kosovarë të cilët ushtrojnë aktivitete kriminale si trafikim narkotikësh, etj, në shtete të ndryshme të Europës.

Subjekti Frederik Ymeri ka shfaqur interes gjithashtu për të grumbulluar edhe informacione të natyrës politike, të cilat ia kërkon lidhjes së tij Luftar Ç., banues në Vlorë.

Konkretisht kanë rezultuar këto interesime të tij: Më datë 07.01.2021, subjekti Frederik Ymeri përdorues i numrit 06*****9151, i dërgon mesazh Luftarit përdorues i numrit 06*****0233 me tekst : “Nëse ke mundësi të sqarosh kush janë lidhjet shoqërore të Koço Kokëdhimës? Nga financohet partia e tij dhe ç’farë marrëdhëniesh ka me partitë PD dhe LSI? Shkruaj sa më gjatë. Na duhen para datës 10”.

Luftari i kthen përgjigje me mesazh me tekst: “Do bëj disa takime dhe të vij në Tiranë të pimë kafe. Do të njoftoj 1-ditë para se të vij”.

Më datë 12.03.2021, ora 17:19:00, subjekti Frederik Ymeri përdorues i numrit 06*****9151, i dërgon mesazh Luftarit përdorues i numrit 06*****60233 me tekst : “Luftar gezohem te jeni mire familjarisht. Jam ne merak per shendetin tuaj familjar. A jeni mire. Brenda mundesive eshte e nevojshme te kemi informacion per prezencen e Agimit te Arte në Shqiperi. Te fala”.

Ora 17:22:17 Luftari i kthen përgjigje me mesazh subjektit Frederik Ymeri me tekst: “Ok, do vij”.

Ora 17:23:29, subjekti Frederik Ymeri i dërgon sërish mesazh Luftarit me tekst: “Faleminderit po mos u nxito qe te kemi nje panorame te plote”.

Ora 17:26:04, Luftari i dërgon sërish mesazh subjektit Frederik Ymemri me tekst: “Pa merak, rendesi te jemi te sakte”.

On 29.03.2021, time 09:04:51, the subject Frederik Ymeri, user of the number 06*****9151, sends a message to Luftar Ç., user of the number 06*****0233 with the text: "Luftar, you are fine familiarly. My order deadline is Wednesday. I know you are very busy with work. If you can, you can send me a message with the names. Thank you".

Frederik Ymeri with the text: "Tomorrow early I will be at coffee together, I have prepared them for you to bring. Respect".

It is suspected that he can serve this information to some political entity, but from the investigative work done so far, it is not possible to clarify where exactly he sends this information", the document states./ CNA.al
