The Mayor of Tropoja is reported to SPAK

The head of the Municipality of Tropoja, Rexhe Byberi, has been reported to SPAK.

It was the residents of the area themselves who reported Byber to SPAK.

Currently, it is known that the cause is favoring family members on the part of the mayor, as well as abuse of office.

Denunciation of residents:

"We, the complainants, are residents of Tropoja Municipality, where we have been harassed by the mayor Rexhe Byberi for about 3 years without finding a solution. The mayor of Tropoja municipality Rexhe Byberi is involved in criminal activities, and for this reason we are filing this complaint where we accuse him of the criminal offense of "Abuse of duty" provided by article 248 of the Penal Code and the criminal offense of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials". This criminal activity is carried out by this mayor with his uncle's sons, one of whom is the so-called Avni Byberi."/ CNA
