CEC, ultimatum to municipalities / "Immediately fulfill the legal

The State Commissioner of Elections has appealed to the heads of municipalities on the reporting of the Voting Centers.

According to the CEC, not all municipalities have fulfilled their legal obligations for the May 14 elections.

"Following the cooperation and communication on the organization of the election process dated #14MAJ2023, the CEC has managed the information received electronically and by post for the voting centers and for the publication of the extract of the election components, from which it appears that not all municipalities have fulfill their obligation.

Being in excess of any deadline, it is requested that the municipalities which have not yet fulfilled the above legal obligation take measures IMMEDIATELY and fulfill their obligations. Also, at the same time, the electronic sending of the maps of the voting centers to the email address [email protected] is written in the announcement./ CNA.al
