Journalist Eni Ferhati has stated that there are significant parts of the coastline in our country for which there is a judicial conflict.

Invited to "Euronews Albania", Ferhati said that, in the Lalëz Bay area, there have been many conflicts over the issue of ownership, while emphasizing that the state has turned a blind eye to this issue or has been interested in supporting individuals with power.

According to Ferhat, there are still lands in Lalzi Bay that do not have a master and dozens of people may be competing to be the first to receive the ownership certificate.

"There are still significant parts of the coastline that have a legal dispute, and when there is a legal dispute there is also a conflict between the people who are for these properties.
