The deputy of the Democratic Party, Agron Shehaj, has attacked Prime Minister Edi Rama, but also the owner of the company 'Eagle Hills', Mouhamet El Alabbar.

Through a post on social networks, Shehaj writes that all the claims that Edi Rama and Alabbar make with Emaar and Eagle Hills of Abu Dhabi are complete frauds

"The building of buildings in the Port of Durrës is a personal project of Mohamed Alabari, which serves as a facade for the other beneficiaries of these constructions. All the claims that Edi Rama and Alabar make with Emaar and Eagle Hills of Abu Dhabi are complete frauds. The facts are simple:

Eagle Hills Real Estate Development shpk, me të cilën ka bërë kontratën qeveria Rama, nuk ka ASNJË lidhje pronësore, juridike apo financiare me Emaar Group apo me Eagle Hills Development të Abu Dabit. ASNJË LIDHJE. ZERO. Eagle Hills në Shqipëri me kapital 10 mijë lekë është kompani guackë (pra, kompani pa aktivitet dhe pa kapital), në pronësi të një kompanie guacke (North Hill), e cila edhe kjo është në pronësi të një tjetër kompanie guackë (Symphony Global), që është edhe kjo në pronësi të një tjetër kompanie guackë (Symphony Investment). Ky zinxhir katër kompanish guackë njëra pas tjetrës është tipik për skemat e pastrimit të parave apo riciklimit të parave të korrupsionit apo krimit.

Edhe pse ka bërë marrëveshje me kompani guackë, pa asnjë kapital dhe aktivitet, qeveria Rama nuk ka asnjë dokument zyrtar se kush janë pronarët fundorë të këtyre kompanive guackë. Ajo është mjaftuar me një deklaratë personale të formulaur në mënryë aspak profesionale dhe pa vlere të Mohamed Alabarit, i cili ka deklaruar se është ai dhe familja e tij pronarë të kompanive guackë: deklaratë e bërë në një copë letër vetëm me firmë, pa asnjë element zyrtar (kokë, vulë) dhe pa asnjë certifikim (noterizim dhe apostile). Është një letër identike me letrat e bakallit që lëshonte Sudja në kohën e piramidave.
