The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu, in a direct link on the show Noë with Erla Mëhilli, stated that it is unacceptable that there is no criminal procedure for non-fulfilment of duty or resignation in the administration.

This may lead to the invalidity of identity cards and passports of Albanians.
