Here is the full decision of the Appeals Court of Kosovo that sinks Erion Veliaj

The Special Court's appeal has fully clarified the decision of the March 13 session regarding the arrested mayor, Erion Veliaj.

In the 114-page decision, the Appeals Court of Kosovo (GJKKO) argues why the arrested mayor should remain in prison. The appeal in the decision argues that Erion Veliaj could destroy evidence and leave the country .

Also, the Appeals Court decision states that the cooperation of the persons under investigation, Erion Veliaj, Ajola Xoxa and Elman Abule, has the characteristics of a special cooperation, that of a structured criminal group . The Special Court has gone beyond the prosecution's decision and requests that the Veliaj-Xoxa-Abule trio be treated as a structured criminal group.

In the Special Appeal decision, all writings made by the media in the service of Veliaj are documented with facts and dates .

Judge Engert Pëllumbi, in the published decision of the Appeals Court of Kosovo, highlights the names of the media outlets and media owners who have written articles as highlighted in the denigrating dossier .

Also, in the Appeals Decision of the GJKKO, the articles published by CNA, in defense of prosecutors and judges, were revealed.
