Special Appeal exposes media malfeasance/exposes denigrating articles against

CNA, after publishing the wiretaps against Mayor Erion Veliaj in Durrës prison, will bring the Appeals Court decision and Judge Engert Pëllumbi's decision on Erion Veliaj.

This decision is a strong slap in the face to the media run by Erion Veliaj, who is imprisoned on very serious charges.

Judge Engert Pëllumbi has exceeded SPAK's demands regarding the mayor.

In the Special Appeal decision, all articles written by the media in the service of Veliaj are documented with facts and dates.

Judge Engert Pëllumbi, in the published decision of the Appeals Court of Kosovo, highlights the names of the media outlets and media owners who have written articles as highlighted in the denigrating dossier.

Below we are bringing these documents from the Appeals Court decision. After this decision written in black and white, Mero & CO are either idiots, or they are stupid or they are acting like idiots and stupid.

Mero Baze, in a recent article, says that the court has overturned the wiretaps. But this decision shows not only that the wiretaps stand, but that Judge Engert Pëllumbi has gone beyond what SPAK has requested by publishing denigrating, insulting and threatening articles and posts against prosecutors and judges.

From pages 103-104-105 of the Special Appeal decision, all the media outlets that have served in attacks on prosecutors and judges are clearly identified, where of course the names of Mero Baze and Tema, "Report TV", "Top Channel" as well as many other media outlets are mentioned.

So not only do the wiretaps stand, but the writings of the perpetrators of the attacks from Durrës prison have been released to court./ CNA
