Me anë të një statusi në rrjetet sociale, Dervishi thotë se pas ngritjes dhe suksesit të arritur me 3 qendra ekselence, Shqipëria do të bëhet edhe me 9 qendra të tjera ekselence.

Duke vijuar ironinë, ai deklaron se me përfundimin e këtyre qendrave do të mbyllen menjëherë edhe 34 kapitujt e negocimit me Bashkimin Europian.
