SPAK is deepening the investigations for the Tirana incinerator. A few weeks ago we learned that we were also dealing with a structured criminal group, which included some foreign citizens and media personalities.

In fact, a director who ran Lori Hoxha's "Top News" television, who has also taken over the management of "Top Channel" for more than two years.

Lori Hoxha is as beneficial as her mother, Vjollca Hoxha, regarding the issue of incinerators. Millions of euros have been earned, the Tirana incinerator company and Mirel Mërtiri have paid "Top Channel" with bags of money, the partnership, some businesses with her mother, but also in businesses where Lori Hoxha was the beneficiary.

Although Vjollca Hoxha left as administrator and Lori Hoxha took over, the cooperation continued, the payments continued. With the departure of Lori Hoxha to "Top Channel", Endrit Habilaj returned to the management of "Top News", who had left her mother, Vjollca Hoxha.

The cooperation with the incinerators continued and during the time that Endrit Habilaj was wanted and an arrest warrant was issued, the latter was a manager at "Top Channel", he was the main conductor.  Mirel Mërtir's deputy continues to cooperate with Lori Hoxha.

Lori Hoxha is one of the collaborators with the people of the incinerator affair.

There is a lot of talk about her meetings in Vienna with Mirel Mërtiri. Lori Hoxha was paid in her companies by the incinerator affair. Lori Hoxha was as much a partner with Mirel Mërtir as her mother herself.

If they were just advertisements, there would be nothing wrong, but there are dozens of broadcasts against SPAK prosecutors, there are dozens of broadcasts in defense of the incinerators, there are tens of millions of euros taken.

This does not simply show, and only in front of advertisements, this shows cooperation with a structured criminal group like Endrit Habilaj, who was actually a leader, was an employee of "Top Channel".

Could Endrit Habilaj decide how much money "Top Channel" would receive from the incinerator company?

Could Endrit Habilaj decide how much "Lori Caffe" would be sold or how much and how an advertisement would be sold?

Could Endrit Habilaj decide how many companies the incinerator of Tirana, which does not exist, that is Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri, would give the money to "Top Channel"?

In how many different companies would he divide the money, some of which were in the name of Endrit, but which had the names "Top News", "Shqip" newspaper.

So the journalist, the director, however close a colleague and friend of Mirel Mërtir, could not decide what would be the economic-financial relationship of Mirel Mërtir with Vjollca and Lori Hoxha.

How would he use "Top Channel" for his own interests to attack SPAK prosecutors, political opponents and defend the incinerator affair? This is a fact and no one can hide.
