Analyst Fatos Lubonja has spoken about the court's decisions for former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, saying that we are dealing with a court with two standards.

According to the analyst, the judge of the case violated the law of the Constitution and it was not necessary to do this work without the parliament.

He further states that this justice is dependent on the Americans and eager to carry out the orders of the majority.

Among other things, he charges that justice has two standards, implying that it does not act in the same way for the issue of incinerators.  

 "The debate is whether restriction of freedom and removal of freedom is the same thing. This is like in the time of Enver Hoxha, where they exiled you or took you to prison. The judge has violated the law of the Constitution, the question that arises is "why did they need to do this work without the Parliament, since they have it in their hands?".

Behind this is hidden a court with double standards, which makes political decisions. We do not have an independent justice, but a justice dependent on the Americans. This is a justice diligent to carry out the orders of the majority, it is enough to mention the case of Beler. Is there a lack of zeal for this capture or is it the Americans?

I am not saying that there are no real things here, but this case is minimal compared to the scandals that are happening today. As is the story of incinerators. We are dealing with a justice that is not independent but instrumentalized by the majority. The message we get is that you resist, we will release SPAK and capture. Is SPAK on the same scale when judging this case and the issue of incinerators? No! Now he is dealing with political decisions," said analyst Lubonja./ CNA
