The "fanatics" of Rama and Enver Hoxha "defend" Berisha in Court

Valentina Teodoresku was the next lawyer, who was appointed by the Court to defend the former Prime Minister Sali Berisha in the case for the privatization of the former Partizani complex, for accusations of passive corruption.

After Berisha's lawyers abandoned the court session the day before, on the grounds that the court had dismissed their requests for recognition of the acts of the file as well as the dismissal of judge Irena Gjoka, the state appointed a lawyer for Berisha, Artan Simon.

According to Berisha's lawyers, Simoni was dismissed for lack of professionalism and ethics.

After him, two other lawyers were appointed, Rabije Cenalia and Jalldyz Kastrati, who withdrew because they asked for two days to familiarize themselves with the file.

Today, shortly before the end of the session and the decision of the Court, the lawyer Valentina Teodorescu was appointed by the state to defend Berisha in the Court.

The court then came out with the decision to leave in force the "obligation to appear" measure for Sali Berisha.

After that, there were a number of reactions regarding the lawyer appointed by the state, as various posts of Prime Minister Edi Rama or former dictator Enver Hoxha can be seen on her social networks.

For their part, the democrats and supporters of Berisha have stated that for the defense of Sali Berisha in the court, a lawyer, a patron of Prime Minister Edi Rama, has been appointed by the state.
