Gjykata e Lartë shtyn vendimin mbi rekursin e Veliajt dhe Xoxës/ Zbulohet arsyeja

Gjykata e Lartë ka vendosur që të shtyjë shqyrtimin e rekursit të paraqitur nga Arbër Veliaj dhe Ajola Xoxa të cilët kundërshtojnë kontrollet e kryera në banesat dhe bizneset e tyre më 6 dhjetor të vitit të kaluar.

Raportohet se një nga tre gjyqtarët e caktuar për shqyrtimin e çështjes ka kërkuar të tërhiqet për shkaqe papajtueshmërie.

Trupa gjykuese përbëhej nga Ilir Panda si relator dhe Albana Boksi e Medi Boci si anëtarë. Seanca ishte planifikuar të zhvillohej më 6 mars, por u shty për një datë të mëvonshme.

Kujtojmë se kryetari i Bashkisë së Tiranës, Erion Veliaj, do të paraqitet më 11 mars para Gjykatës së Posaçme të Apelit, ku do të kërkojë një masë më të butë sigurie nga ajo e arrestit me burg.

Çështja e tij do të shqyrtohet nga gjyqtari Engert Pëllumbi, ndërsa vendimi në shkallën e parë u dha nga gjyqtari Erjon Bani./ CNA
