Arben Rakipi : Whether we like it or not, the circumstances in this country have changed. This kind of phenomenon, which is a serious social scourge, I would say a wound in the concept and from my moral point of view, is like that. I am pushing this legal state structure to become acceptable. What must be respected is the right of women or men to enjoy their own bodies, not to be exploited. The exploitation of prostitution is punishable. This is a standard that has already been accepted in many legislations.
