The trial at the Special Court for Gazment Bardhi regarding the KESH complaint will begin on April 2.
The head of the Democratic Party Parliamentary Group, Gazment Bardhi, was sued for defamation by KESH after statements about losses in the energy network and abuses with its purchase and sale procedures.
Gazment Bardhi's defense team refused to withdraw from the case, insisting that the government be held accountable, following KESH's proposal that Bardhi deny the allegations.
The case will be reviewed by Judge Etleva Deda at the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime./ CNA
