The Administrative Court of Appeal overturns the Council of Ministers/ The State owes Gledis Nano 100 thousand euros

The Administrative Court of Appeals has dismissed the appeal of the Council of Ministers and the Ministry of Interior, which requested the annulment of the decision that acquitted the former Director General of the State Police.

According to the decision of the Administrative Court of Appeals issued by judges Ardian Dvorani (rapporteur), Gentian Hamiti and Sokol Ibi (members), the Albanian state must pay former director Gledis Nano 60 monthly salaries for 5 years, estimated at a value of around 100 thousand euros, thus marking his second victory.

Gledis Nano was dismissed from office at the proposal of former Interior Minister Bledi Çuçi.

Nano is part of the race for the head of the BKH, where he qualified for the second phase./ CNA
