Gjobitet me 10 milionë lekë të rinj kompania “One”

Autoriteti i Komunikimeve Elektronike dhe Postare (AKEP) ka vendosur një gjobë prej 10 milionë lekësh të rinj për kompaninë telefonike ‘One Albania’.

AKEP thekson se “One Albania” duhet të respektojë detyrimet ligjore dhe kontraktore lidhur me kufizimet e shërbimeve dhe njoftimin e pajtimtarit përpara zgjidhjen e kontratës.

Në vendim thuhet se “One Albania” duhet të respektojë detyrimet ligjore lidhur me publikimin e informacionit transparent, të krahasueshëm, të përshtatshëm dhe të përditësuar për çdo detyrim në përfundimin e kontratës, si dhe kushtet e përgjithshme për aksesin e përdorimin e shërbimeve të ofruara për përdoruesit fundorë.

Ky vendim vjen pas një sërë denoncimesh që ka patur në lidhje me këtë kompani e cila kishte zhgënjyer klientët e saj në shërbimet që ofronte./ CNA
