The lawyer does not spare Bamir Topi/ "Should SPAK investigate the
Former President Bamir Topi

Lawyer Adriana Kalaja reacted after the statements of former President Bamir Topi, who supported SPAK and the accusations against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha.

Through a post on social networks, Kalaja called the former President a finer.

Kalaja has accused that when he was President, he made appointments in exchange for money.

Furthermore, the lawyer raised the question: "Will SPAK investigate the murder of Judge Konomi, for which former President Topi has been accused?"

"Should SPAK investigate the accusations of the murder of Judge Konomi against Bamir Topi?

Usually on days off, I don't make denunciation statuses, but some guys force you to break the "rules" that God has set.

Whenever former President Bamir appears in the media, many identify him with the patch and pilaf and many others with the time when fines started in KLD, for appointments in the justice system, especially in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court.

Not to mention how he looted all the tribe's property while the judges followed his orders, having already paid him.

No KLD leader has been talked about as much as President Topi and his deputy.

Even, in cooperation with Kreshnik Spahiu, the bribery for an appointment was returned to the institution, ranging from 150 thousand Euros to 200 thousand Euros for the Court of Appeal and 300 thousand Euros to 500 thousand Euros for the Supreme Court.

This truth is known by everyone and stories of this nature have been told and continue to be told.

Disgusting stories in fact, especially when you watch a President turn into a finesse charlatan.

There are endless facts, but a judge in the Court of Burrel, in the first person, told me how they asked him for 200 thousand Euros to appoint him to the Appeal of Tirana.

After paying 200 thousand Euros, KLD voted 8 against and 7 in favor.

When he met with Spahiu after the result to ask for the money back, the spokesman/deputy of the finer, Bamir Topi, had returned only 25 thousand Euros.

But why does this friend of mine say 25 thousand Euros that I paid you 200 thousand Euros?

7 members voted and I couldn't take the money from them - the finer Spahiu replied.

How many such cases have there been?

Endless.

Anyone who is part of the system knows very well that no President or Vice President of KLD has ever been talked about like the duo Topi - Spahiu.

Until a candidate was not voted by the Assembly, his close friend and office partner was chosen to go to the Supreme Court, only for Bamkë paçe - pilaf not to return the money.

Likewise, no career judge was appointed to the KLD unless he was first "approved" by the fining duo, which approval they gave only after receiving the payment of the first bribe.

In fact, these shocking facts of the KLD, which was led by the fine-paying duo Topi - Spahiu, have also been evidenced in the EU report, that they took bribes for appointments in the KLD and in the High Courts of Appeal.

And what happens today?

Bamiri with 60,000 Euro glasses and Spahiu from Kurbeti, appear on television counters for years and have become anal ists.

The question I have is, has any judge come out to say that I paid former President Sali Berisha?

Absolutely not.

As for all former Presidents before and after this finer.

While the finer Bamir sells us morals and throws mud on a history of government success 2005 - 2013, he has not yet answered before the justice for the murder of the judge Konomi in Vlora, which was directly accused by his family members.

Will SPAK investigate the murder of Judge Konomi, for which former President Topi has been accused?

To wait.....

His colleagues in SPAK have a legal duty and a moral obligation.

And while waiting for SPAK, someone should tell the finer Bamir that we in Tironsi have a very beautiful expression:

"Yes, you don't eat garlic, you don't have bad breath."

Well, the finer Bamir, as it seems from the consumption of a lot of money, can feel the smell even through the screen.

PS: Sadness and pain when you see how the television space is wasted by Bamir, who should at least clarify how he voted for Edi Rama in 2011.

PS 1: Distribute as you wish that the regime's media has declared me "Non Grata", writes Kalaja./ CNA
