The Criminal Court issues a decision on the "Metamorphosis" file/
The Special Court has sentenced 5 defendants to 38 years and 6 months in prison for the "Metamorphosis" case. The trial panel composed of judges Etleva Deda, Flora Hajredini and Irena Gjoka decided:
Edmond Preka is sentenced to 10 years in prison, with a shortened trial reduced to 7 years, high-security prison;
Behar Brajovicc (Bajri) - 13 years in prison with a shortened trial reduced to 8.8 years, high-security prison;
Astmer Bilali - 8 years and 6 months, 5.8 with a shortened trial, high-security prison;
Ardit Hasanbegaj - the verdict will be given on December 2 as he did not have a lawyer to defend him;
Xhevair Lita - 5 years in prison, with a shortened trial reduced to 3.4 years, the termination of the prison arrest measure, immediate release because he has served his sentence;
Oltion Bistri has been declared innocent of the corruption charge, guilty of revealing secret acts or data, not guilty of money laundering, there are no facts or evidence. The GJKKO decided to terminate the measure for Bsitri. /CNA
