Journalist Elvi Fundo has shown the scenario of how SPAK is being blackmailed for the incinerator affair.

Fundoi said on Ylli Rakip's show that the lawsuit against prosecutors by journalist Adriatik Doçi is blackmail against SPAK.

He emphasized that all this is being done so that the affair of the incinerators can be passed off as fiscal evasion and the other charges dismissed.

“Unë në këndvështrimin tim me atë që ndodhi para SPAK pashë që kishte një shantazh të hapur ndaj prokurorëve të SPAK, të cilët pas 48 orësh shpallën njoftimet, por kishte diçka nuk i kishin akuzuar si grup i strukturuar kriminal, kishin thënë në bashkëpunim, por kanë futur korrupsion aktiv pasiv, pastrim i produkteve të veprës penale dhe evazion fiskal.

Po të shikosh avokatët e çështjes të gjithë tentojnë që ta kalojnë si çështje evazioni fiskal dhe sulmi për mua bëhen për relativizmin e kësaj çështje. Nxjerrim Ahmetajn dhe ua hedhim kockën qenve të medias dhe qentë e medias janë ata që kanë marrë qindra milionë euro nga inceneratorët dhe Arben Ahmetaj nëse e ka vendin në burg nuk mund ta fusin dot në burg skenarë dhe skema të turpshme”, deklaroi gazetari./ B.A. - CNA.al
