The opposition has not allowed the normal development of the parliamentary session even today.

While the majority was voting on the draft laws according to the agenda, the opposition protested demanding its rights.

As has rarely happened in recent months, Prime Minister Edi Rama appeared in the Parliament today, coming after his visit to Madrid.

The Prime Minister has taken care to keep the green card up and after the work is done he has disappeared from the session which lasted only minutes.

The opposition has protested. With placards in their hands and noise, they have decided not to allow today's session to unfold normally.

They have blocked the pulpit by releasing noisemakers, while the Speaker of the Assembly closed the discussions and moved on to the voting process.

Socialists lined up for one behind their head while the opposition stayed to continue their protest.

12 draft laws, draft decisions and normative acts were approved in the plenary session of this Thursday.

1. Draft law "For the ratification of the financing agreement, between the Republic of Albania, represented by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania, the Republic of France, represented by the Provence-Alpes-Cote D'Azur region, and the European Commission, for the program " interreg VI-B) Euro-Mediterranean (EURO MED) 2021-2027"".

2. Draft law "For the ratification of the agreement, between the Republic of Albania and the European Union, for the operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in the Republic of Albania".

3. Normative act no. 6, dated 14.12.2023 "For some changes and additions to law no. 84/2022 "On the budget of 2023", as amended.

4. Normative act no. 7, dated 14.12.2023 "For some additions and changes in law no. 29/2023, "On income tax", as amended.

5. Normative act no. 8 "For taking urgent measures for the protection and improvement of the infrastructure for the treatment of polluted waters that are discharged near or in washing waters".

6. Draft law "On the approval of the actual budget of 2022".

7. Draft law "On the repeal of law no. 115/2017 "On the establishment of the National Diaspora Agency", as amended.

8. Draft decision "On some changes in the decision of the Assembly no. 86/2018 "On the approval of the structure, organization and salary classification of the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data", amended.

9. Draft decision "On some changes in the decision of the Assembly no. 28/2020 "On the approval of the organizational, organic structure and salary classification of the personnel of the High Inspector of Justice", amended.

10. Draft decision "On some changes in the decision of the Assembly no. 55/2014 "On the approval of the structure, organization and categorization of the work positions of the High Inspectorate for the Declaration of Control of Assets and Conflict of Interests", amended.

11. Draft decision "On an amendment to decision no. 69/2021 "On the appointment of the membership of the permanent committees of the Assembly", amended.

12. Draft decision "For an amendment to decision no. 70/2021 "For the appointment of substitute members in the composition of the permanent committees of the Assembly", amended.
