About two years ago, the "Geogenix" company, which has the Tirana incinerator, won an almost identical concession contract to build an incinerator in Zimbabwe, and the person who signed the contract as a representative of the "Geogenix" company was Miliad Lopa.

Also, Miliad Lopa is the same person who, together with Alberto Presezzi, attacked the state institution of the Seized Property Agency in October last year.

The attack on the institution was clear, brutal, with a demand to serve the latter or submit to them.
